We are a strong proponent of construction management because it creates a natural partnership between the Owner, the Design Team and Edgewater Construction.

Initiating an environment of robust communication, free flowing ideas and discovery; construction management has the potential to reduce owner risk, guarantee price, optimize value, minimize schedule busters and control costs.

Edgewater and your Design Team share the role of Owner’s Agent where we are motivated—and legally bound—to act in your best interest. Why wouldn’t you want the best value from your design and construction budgets?
