The project consited of providing materials and services to complete the rehabilitation for the Station Building, Boat Maintenance Building, and the UPH building on the Point Pleasant USCG base. The following tasks were preform in order to restore the Station Building (Circa 1936), Boat Maintenance Building (Circa 1938), and UPH Building (Circa 1974) back to their former historic beauty: replaced existing windows with custom clad windows to match the original appearance of the building, installed shutters with hinges and shutter, removed the exterior cedar shake shingles, corner boards, water table, rim joist cap, flashings, felt paper, gutters and downspouts, installed spray foam in the wall cavity of the exterior walls, installed exterior building moisture barrier weather wrap, and new flashing new corner boards and water table, Cedar Siding Shingles, removed and replace the porch and cupola deck roofing.
