USCG Major M&R Station

  • The civil work includes demolition of the existing fuel systems that provide gasoline and diesel fuel to the mooring pier for the Coast Guard’s boats.
  • The architectural work includes repairs to gutters, downspouts, roof flashings and the installation of a fluid-applied roofing system over the existing standing-seam metal roofing of the building.

  • The mechanical work includes replacement of the existing HVAC system for most of the building involving the two-pipe system and the Galley HVAC systems.

  • The existing building’s electrical service shall be upgraded to accommodate the increased loads required for the new HVAC equipment.
